Food League is a brother and sister from Oklahoma who have set down new roots in Portland, Oregon. Both are constantly exploring the fresh, funky, and incredibly gratifying world that is the Portland food scene, from food carts and u-pick farms to New Seasons and the Willamette Valley’s finest wineries. They can also be found in their own kitchens, cooking up an unprofessional storm of delectable cuisine, from vegan treats and Slovak soups to Spanish tortillas and handmade ravioli. Environmentally conscious, vegetarian-leaning, and always in pursuit of good meals with good people.
Mat is a voracious reader, passionate lover, and semi-dedicated foodie.
Passions: the fragrance of an empty glass of pinot noir, Rhone blends and long picnics, sustainability and philosophy.
Dream: open up a wine and beer bar with a huge backyard that offers an extensive selection of outdoor lawn games like bocce ball and horseshoes.
Christina is trying to indulge and manage her curiosity.
Passions: Eating, stretching at the bus stop, taking delight in new music, finding a good sturdy pair of boots, being outdoors (or in the sauna), crafting with kids
Dream: Collaborating with smart, creative folk and making a living wage while doing it
